Program Overview
Our IOP offers a comprehensive treatment model designed for individuals who require more support than standard outpatient services, but less than inpatient care. Whether you’re battling addiction, managing co-occurring mental health disorders, or rebuilding after relapse, we are here for you.

How It Works
Referral & Admission
Open to self-referrals, families, healthcare providers, courts, and community agencies.
Intake assessments are available Monday–Friday and by appointment on weekends.
Customized Treatment Plan
Each participant receives an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) reflecting their strengths, needs, and goals.
Structured Phases of Care
Phase I: 3 sessions per week
Phase II: 2 sessions per week
Phase III: 1 session per week (maintenance)
Progress Monitoring
Regular reviews of goals, milestones, and adjustments to the plan as needed.
Transition and Discharge

Discharge planning begins at intake to ensure a smooth transition to lower levels of care or community support.
