MRSS is designed to de-escalate crises in the community, home, or school settings. Our licensed professionals and crisis-trained teams work collaboratively with families and support systems to restore safety, stabilize emotions, and create a pathway to ongoing recovery and wellness.

Our Mobile Response Team uses trauma-informed, family-centered approaches to:

Assess Immediate Needs

Mental health evaluation, safety risk assessment, and care recommendations.

Stabilize the Situation

Provide therapeutic support to manage the immediate crisis.

Create a Crisis Safety Plan

Collaborative, person-centered plan to address warning signs, coping strategies, and resources.

Connect to Long-Term Support

Ensure a warm handoff to appropriate ongoing services, including therapy, case management, and community supports.

Mobile Team Dispatch

Crisis responders arrive on-site within approximately 2 hours.

Stabilization & Planning

Develop an actionable Crisis Safety Plan and begin immediate de-escalation.

Continued contact to ensure stability and successful connection to longer-term services.
