Founded in 2016, First Alliance Healthcare is a mission-driven behavioral health agency dedicated to serving youth, families, and communities across Northeast Ohio. We began offering direct services to the Greater Cleveland area in 2019, and due to increasing community demand, expanded our reach to Lorain County in 2021.

In 2022, First Alliance Healthcare was proud to become one of Northeast Ohio’s premier providers of Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS)—an intensive, community-based crisis intervention model that supports children, youth, and families during behavioral or emotional crises. Our success in MRSS delivery is built on a foundation of strong community partnerships and a commitment to rapid, compassionate, and culturally responsive care.
